We offer free 48 hour delivery to UK mainland addresses (excluding Northern Ireland,Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wright & Isle of Man). Yourorders will be dispatched using a secure, fast and trackable delivery service. Dependingon your product(s) and your delivery address, we will choose the most suitable couriercompany for you offering the most secure and quickest delivery times.We use the services of the following reputable courier companies; UPS, DPD, TNT andRoyal Mail. All orders are tracked and require signature upon delivery. For very smallorders (such as blanking plugs) these will be sent by standard Royal Mail post.

Important Information for All Deliveries

More information regarding our deliveries can be found on our “Frequently Asked Questions”  page under the section “Delivery & Collection”.

* Please note that we strongly advice you to not to arrange a plumber / installer toinstall your products until you have received your order and checked all productsthoroughly. We can not be held liable for any additional costs which might occurdue to delivery delays or problems with delivery of your products.

* Please note you must check all your products upon receiving your delivery for anytransport damage.Due to the protective packaging we use, you may not see any noticeable damageon the outer packaging. All products must be opened and checked thoroughlyonce received at the original delivery address. We do not accept any liability fortransport damage if the products have already been moved to another address /location.

* Any transport damage or missing products must be reported via e-mail withinthree working days after receiving your order. Some of the small products (such asvalves or heating elements) are packed within the main box of the towel radiator.Please check all the packaging thoroughly before reporting missing products.

* You will be required to provide us with photographs of the damaged product(s)and its packaging. Once we have received your damage report e-mail andphotographs, we will report the transport damage to the courier company. Thecourier company will then collect the damaged product(s) along with the originalpackaging for inspection from the original delivery address.

* Please note that we only accept claims for transport damages and missingproducts if: 

                 a) it is reported within three days of receiving your delivery

                 b) you still have the original packaging, boxes & bubble wrap

                 c) all the delivered products are still at the original delivery address and havenot been moved to a different          address/location.

If the above conditions are not met, unfortunately we cannot make any claimsfrom the courier companies and we cannot accept your claim. Not under anycircumstances can we be held liable for any additional costs which might arise dueto transport problems or missing products with your order!
